Bio

It is a research laboratory named "Optoelectronic Devices Laboratory" at the Department of Electro-Optical Engineering, National United University, Miaoli, Taiwan. The head of the laboratory is Prof. Shug-June Hwang, she is a full professor. In this laboratory she is working on Liquid Crystal based Optical and electro-optical devices like Long Period Fiber Gratting, Liquid Crystal Microlenses, Smart Windows, Blue Phase liquid crystal (BPLC) Gratings, BPLC Fresnel lens, Novel alignment method of LCs in hollow core fibers, Electrospun –CLC sensor, NLC biosensor, Microwave sensors and polymercholesteric liquid crystal interpenetrating polymer network (PCLCIPN) biochemical sensors.
